Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict

Staff like Sabah and Tuni, with superb room service and a cozy atmosphere! The location is perfect, facing a tranquil bay, away from the hustle and bustle!

Check-in was a mess. I expected a smoother start to my stay.

The service we got was TERRIFIC.

Relaxing and clean place, very amiable staff. Huge units with nice view. Easy check-in, late check-out. Easy parking nearby.

Beds were not so comfortable.

A wide range of food at the great breakfast. Easy location for Dammam, next to nice coffee shops, the supermarket and shopping malls, restaurants & supermarkets. Also, in a decent area away from the busier parts of Dammam.

The hotel has a favourable and the best location, to the sea side.

It was just a great fit for a brief hiatus in Dammam with high value for money. The room was nice, bed very comfortable, and the TV selection was excellent. Bring your own water as the hotel doesn't provide cold water in the extreme heat.

The location was particularly good and the best for us - right next to restaurants and cafes. You could walk to a little store and shops.

During my short transit stay, I really appreciated having a spacious Suite with Sea View and a cozy balcony to unwind in the evenings. The location offered easy access to the beautiful views of Dammam Corniche, which was delightful for evening strolls. Although I found the breakfast options quite limited, the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a refreshing break from my travel schedule.

Had a blast with Tuni's super scrumptious waffles. Plus, Sabah welcomed us early, a win. The sea view from our balcony was fab for evening chill sessions.

But let's keep it real-no vanity kit in the room, and I had to hustle to get my delivery myself. Dragging my bags solo at check-in was a bit of a drag. Oh, and that funky smell from the kitchen near the entrance? No thanks.

The room was nice and comfy with decent wifi, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the corniche. Breakfast was yummy with a variety of options. The parking was easy to find. For the price, it was a solid choice.

The furniture in the room felt a bit dated and could use some upgrades. The shower didn't get hot enough, a bummer.

Being just a short stroll from the fine Dammam Corniche made my walks enjoyable while taking in the views of the sea and nearby parks.

The vibe was so cozy. I even enjoyed a perfect pizza from the restaurant while relaxing in the good setting. Plus, getting an extra hour for checkout allowed me to sip coffee and finish some work without any rush!

The Superior Room was spacious and came with modern amenities that enhanced my stay. The breakfast offered a solid selection, with various freshly prepared dishes that kept mornings interesting.

The sea view was a letdown, as it was far away and didn't offer much to look at. I also found the noise from the hallway and nearby rooms quite bothersome. The gym, while functional, felt cramped and lacked some essential equipment. Plus, the hotel didn't provide complimentary bottled water, a bit of a miss in such heat.
